Tarek Malash

An ambitious engineer that graduated from Cairo University Faculty of Engineering with a specialization in Telecommunication began his working life by knocking a few doors to find himself at the beginning of the ladder at Ericsson. Since he joined Ericsson’s Cairo office in 1968, Ericsson has been an integral part of his live. Soon after, he moved to the headquarters in Sweden in 1971and followed a Post graduate program at the Royal Yechnical College. Over the years, he served in various capacities, including leading Ericsson’s operations in Saudi Arabia and Egypt, becoming the President of Ericsson Egypt in 1989, and finally serving as Assistant Vice President for Africa and the Middle East in Sweden from 1990 to 1992. Following this legacy, ADCOM, under Eng. Tarek Malash’s leadership, became Ericsson’s agent in Egypt from 1995 to 2018, playing a pivotal role in the success of major projects in the Egyptian market. Our current landlord-tenant relationship is an extension of this long-standing partnership built on mutual respect, trust, and shared achievements. Besides, ADCOM’s journey has been quite enriching. It has grown from a telecommunications consultancy into a diversified holding company with investments in real estate, value-added services, e-payments, media, and facility management with major contributions in projects with valuable partners like Menatel where they worked hand In hand with France Telecom. Working on a project of upgrading the National Air Navigation system along with the GSI company. Growing to form an extensive portfolio that includes over 14 subsidiaries, each a leader in its field and to partner in 12 companies where it contributed to the holistic growth and diversified success of our holding company.
