Salma T. Malash

After completing her bachelor’s degree in the American University in Cairo, Salma began her career in 2003 at ADCOM, the family business, as an assistant growing to become a business development executive to now serve as Vice Chairman.. Over the years, Salma has gained extensive experience by observing and working closely with senior leadership, gradually taking on greater responsibility for the performance and growth of the group’s companies. In 2015, Salma pursued her passion for creating meaningful family experiences by founding CLUBLIKO, Egypt’s first edutainment center for children. Developed with international expertise, CLUBLIKO has become a leading name in the sector, offering a unique environment that focuses on the wellbeing of both children and parents. That same year, she also in launching Total Fix, a facilities management company. In 2018, Salma took over the leadership of Total Fix, driving its expansion to over 400 employees and establishing it as a strong player in corporate, residential, and medical facility management across multiple governorates. She completed her MBA at the Stockholm School of Economics in June 2025.
